Supercell took to the Twitter account of Clash of Clans to announce this huge update. The tweet said, “Magic is in the air… Get ready for TOWN HALL 15! While Town Hall 15 does not have a unique signature defensive weapon, its Giga Inferno can be upgraded several times to make it even more powerful than before.
The Electro Dragon is one of the troops associated with Dragons, the others are the Baby Dragon, Dragon Rider, Super Dragon, and the Inferno Dragon. The Electro Dragon is the only troop to have no visual change at level 1-3 instead of level 1-2 like most troops. The Electro Dragon produces wing sound effects when idling.
The Rocket Balloon is a Super Troop based on the Balloon. It can be unlocked by boosting the Balloon when the Balloon is at least level 8. The Rocket Balloon has rockets attached to it, hence the name, that give it an increased speed for the first four seconds after deployment. This speed boost is equivalent to that of a level 5 Haste Spell.
